Baked Mushroom Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. butter
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef consomme
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
Preparation
    In saucepan, melt butter and saute onion until clear. Transfer to 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Add rice, undiluted consomme and drained mushrooms.
    Cover.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
