Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. strawberries
    1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
    1 c. water
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    8-inch pastry shell, baked
Preparation
    Pour confectioners sugar over whole 3 cups of strawberries. Leave 1 hour.
    Crush 1 cup strawberries and cook with 1 cup water for 2 minutes.
    Then pour through sifter.
    Mix cornstarch and granulated sugar and stir into berry juice.
    Cook until clear, stirring constantly.
    After juice has cooled, add 1/2 box strawberry jello.
