Sweet And Sour Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. smoked sausage
    1 large can pineapple chunks
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. pineapple
    1 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix liquid and cornstarch in saucepan.
    Cook 10 minutes over low heat until thick.
    Add pineapple chunks and sausage which has been cut into bite-size chunks.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
    Serve hot.
