Keith'S Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 potatoes, peeled and diced
    4 carrots, peeled and diced
    1 onion, peeled and sliced
    2 stalks celery, peeled and diced
    1 box frozen broccoli
    1 box frozen cauliflower
    milk (to desired consistency)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil the potatoes, carrots, onion and celery until tender. Drain water.
    Add broccoli and cauliflower.
    Add milk to desired consistency.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Simmer.
