Salmon Steaks With Dill Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed chicken broth
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped cucumber
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. dried dill weed, crushed
4 fresh salmon steaks (about 2 lb.)
2 Tbsp. light cream
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

In skillet, combine broth, lemon juice, cucumber, onion and dill; add salmon.
Cover.
Cook
over
low heat 10 minutes or until done.
Remove salmon to platter; keep warm.
