Ham 'N Cheese Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives
    10 slices (about 1/2 lb.) thinly sliced ham
    10 slices process American cheese
Preparation
    In small mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
    Stir in horseradish and chives.
    Spread each meat slice with about 1 tablespoon cheese mixture.
    Top with 1 slice cheese; spread with another tablespoon cheese mixture.
    Roll up.
    Chill before serving; slice each roll into 5 slices.
    Put a toothpick in each piece, or use your fingers.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
    Makes about 4 dozen appetizers.
