1 c. low-fat buttermilk
1/4 c. low-fat sour cream
1/4 c. nonfat mayo
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Combine in bowl; stir well.
Cover and chill.
