Zabaione(Dessert) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 egg yolks
4 tsp. sugar
4 1/2 eggshells of Marsala (heavy sweet sherry)
Preparation

Combine egg yolks and sugar in top part of double boiler. Beat egg beater until light lemon color and well blended.
Add Marsala, beat again, until well blended.
Put boiling water in lower part of double boiler.
Cook about 5 minutes or until slightly thick and creamy (while cooking, beat constantly).
Serve warm or can be cooled and served cold plain or over angel food cake slices.
