Senator Russell Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. mashed cooked sweet potatoes
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. melted oleo
    1 c. brown sugar (packed)
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/3 c. flour
    1/3 c. oleo
Preparation
    Mix
    potatoes, vanilla, sugar, eggs and oleo thoroughly and pour into buttered casserole dish.
    Mix brown sugar, nuts, flour and oleo and sprinkle on top of potato mixture.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 10 to 12.
