Zucchini Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small thinly sliced unpeeled zucchini
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    dash of pepper
    1 garlic clove, finely chopped
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Spread in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes.
    Cut into 1 x 2-inch pieces.
    Makes about 4 dozen servings.
