Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Diced leftover roast
    1/2 green pepper, chopped (optional)
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp oil, or less
    1 can sliced mushrooms (or fresh)
    1 1/2 c. brown gravy, made from roast drippings
    2 oz. noodles, cooked
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion, pepper, beef and mushrooms.
    Add gravy and pour over the cooked noodles.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake in moderate oven 30-45 minutes.
