Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small head lettuce
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can chili beans, drained
1 large tomato, cut up
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) bag nacho cheese corn chips, crushed
4 oz. mild taco sauce
8 oz. Western dressing (to taste)
Preparation

Cut up lettuce in large bowl.
Add tomato.
Brown ground beef and onion.
Drain and cool.
Add to lettuce.
Drain chili beans and add to lettuce.
Add cheese.
Add taco sauce and Western dressing.
Mix together until well coated.
Add 1/2 of crushed chips and mix.
Top with remaining chips.
