Chocolate Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. cocoa, divided in half
    1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 2/3 c. hot water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and 3 tablespoons of cocoa in a bowl.
    Add milk, vegetable oil and vanilla extract.
    Stir until blended.
    Turn batter into an ungreased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
