Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli, thawed
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 pt. sour cream
2 c. milk
3 c. chicken broth
lemon juice (optional)

Preparation

Put broccoli and chicken broth in blender for 2 minutes on low.
Put in top of double boiler and add other ingredients, a little at a time.
Cook until very hot in double boiler.
Do not let boil.
