Khoushaf(Fresh Fruit Salad) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    1 lb. apples
    3 bananas
    1 c. chopped pineapple
    1 c. sliced strawberries
    1 Tbsp. pine nuts
    1 Tbsp. pistachio nuts
    orange blossom water
Preparation
    Make a syrup by boiling together sugar and water; cool.
    Peel, core and slice the apples.
    Slice bananas after peeling.
    Put the apples, bananas, pineapple and nuts into the syrup and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
    Just before serving, add strawberries and a few drops of orange blossom water for flavoring.
    Mix carefully and spoon into sherbet glasses.
    Garnish with a sprig of mint or an unhulled strawberry (optional).
