Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. grated carrots
4 c. thinly sliced zucchini
1/2 c. grated or diced onion
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
1 c. sour cream
salt or seasoning salt (as desired)
Preparation

Saute carrots, zucchini and onion until soft in pan sprayed with Pam.
Add mushroom soup, bread crumbs and sour cream.
Salt to taste and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or microwave 10 minutes. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
