Velveeta Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 c. cocoa
    1 lb. Parkay margarine
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    5 (1 lb.) boxes 10x powdered sugar, sifted
Preparation
    Melt cheese and margarine together over medium heat.
    Add cocoa and stir.
    Remove from heat.
    Quickly add sugar and vanilla. Stir until blended.
    Pour into pan and let sit for 1 hour before slicing.
    This dish can be frozen.
