Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. oleo, melted
    1 small can pimento
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. mushrooms
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    1 c. chopped ripe olives
    2 cans hominy, rinsed
Preparation
    Saute onions and green pepper in oleo until tender.
    Add flour; cook until thickened, stirring often.
    Add all ingredients. Place in long baking dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until hot or lightly brown.
