Zucchini Squash Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 beaten eggs
    2 c. zucchini squash, peeled, seeded and grated
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    3 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Blend oil, sugar and eggs.
    Sift dry ingredients together and mix with oil, sugar and eggs.
    Stir in zucchini, nuts and vanilla. Pour in 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Cool for 15 minutes.
