Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk (sweet or buttermilk)
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 can whole grain corn, drained
    1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 lb. medium sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 to 6 jalapeno peppers, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
    May be baked in muffin pans or regular bread pan.
