Granny'S Light Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt (omit if using self-rising flour)
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix together water, oil, sugar and salt.
    Dissolve yeast in a small amount of warm water.
    Add to the first mixture.
    Add flour. Let rise until double in bulk.
    Work down and shape into loaves. Allow to rise a second time.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
