Chicken Italiano - cooking recipe

3/4 c. Kretschmer original wheat germ
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. oregano, crushed
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Combine wheat germ, cheese and seasonings. Dip chicken pieces in milk. Coat in dry ingredients. Place in 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with a fork. Makes 4 servings.
