Crunchy Chicken Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts, boned
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 c. instant mashed potato flakes (buds)
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
    Wash and dry chicken well.
    Blend egg and milk.
    Mix potato flakes and Parmesan cheese.
    Dip chicken in egg and then in potato/cheese mixture, coating thoroughly.
    Melt butter in baking dish or low Pyrex dish.
    Arrange chicken pieces skin side down in pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Bake uncovered in 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Turn chicken; sprinkle with salt and pepper and remaining potato/cheese mixture.
    Bake 30 minutes more.
