Tortellini Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9 oz.) pkg. refrigerated cheese-filled spinach tortellini, cooked until tender and drained
1/2 c. each red and green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. sliced ripe olives
1/2 c. olive oil
2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 tsp. dried dill
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
salt and pepper
Preparation

Combine last 7 dressing ingredients.
Pour over salad; toss. Chill 8 hours.
