Zucchini Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 c. ground squash
2 large onions
1 sweet red pepper (may use green)
5 Tbsp. salt
2 1/4 c. vinegar
4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. celery seed
Preparation

Let the first 4 ingredients stand overnight. Wash off salt and drain well. Add the remaining ingredients. Simmer 30 minutes. Place in canning jars.
Place in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
