Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 1/2 oz.) cans creamed corn
    1 (16 1/2 oz.) can whole corn with juice
    8 1/2 oz. corn muffin mix
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 egg
    1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper (optional)
    1/2 stick oleo, melted
    1 small carton sour cream
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese (1 c.)
Preparation
    Mix all the above together.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Bake approximately 1 hour or less until done.
    Very good dish for potluck dinners.
    Serves 8.
