Baked Apple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 or 2 apples per person
cinnamon and nutmeg
butter
raisins
brown sugar
dried, flaked coconut
Preparation

Carefully core each apple by cutting a cone with a paring knife from top to bottom of the fruit.
Arrange the apples in a single layer in a glass baking dish which has been lightly buttered and dusted with brown sugar.
