Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, boiled and deboned
    1 bell pepper
    1 large onion
    1 stick butter
    1 small Pet milk
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 bag taco chips, crushed
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Saute pepper and onion with butter.
    Remove from heat; add soups, Ro-Tel and milk.
    Butter bottom of baking dish.
    Add half bag of chips, chicken and all of cheese except 1/3 cup.
    Pour mixture on top of chicken, then last of cheese and chips.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook for 20 to 30 minutes.
