Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. zucchini, peeled and grated
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. oil
    3 c. flour
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
    1 small can pineapple chunks
    3 c. sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream together eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla.
    Add zucchini and mix.
    Sift together flour, salt, soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Fold into egg mixture.
    Add nuts and pineapple.
    Bake in 2 greased and floured loaf pans for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
