Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut up
    salt and pepper to taste
    flour (enough to coat chicken)
Preparation
    Salt and pepper chicken.
    Dredge in
    flour.
    Put
    about 1-inch of oil in skillet and brown chicken.
    When\tchicken
    is brown, put in a baking
    dish
    or
    pan.
    Pour 1 small bottle of Kraft original barbecue
    sauce over chicken.
    Add enough water to cover chicken. Cover
    with
    foil and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour.
