Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken fryer
    1/2 stick butter
    salt and pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 can water
    biscuits (homemade or canned)
Preparation
    Cut chicken into serving pieces.
    Place butter slices, salt and pepper on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Debone chicken, placing it in a large casserole dish.
    Blend soup and water; pour over chicken.
    Place biscuits on top.
    Return to oven and bake at 400\u00b0 until biscuits are brown.
    Serves 4 to 6.
