Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    salt and pepper
    carrots, grated
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
Preparation
    Boil a whole chicken and season with salt and pepper.
    When chicken is done, cool and take meat off the bones.
    Grate a few carrots and cook in the broth.
    Add uncooked rice and cook until done.
    When rice is cooked, add chicken and serve.
    Water may be added if needed.
