Mushroom Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms
    2/3 c. celery
    2/3 c. onion
    1 medium tomato
    Creamy Italian dressing
    1/3 c. bell pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms, drain, dry and slice in half. Cut celery into 1/8 inch cuts and onions into 1/4 inch squares, put in serving bowl. Add bell pepper, garnish with julienne cut tomato in 1/2 inch strips. Pour dressing over top, marinate 30 minutes before serving. Serves 8 to 10.
