Steamed Vegetables - cooking recipe

broccoli
carrots
Preparation

Cut
vegetables into small pieces.
Put 2 1/2 inches of water into vegetable steamer.
Put vegetables in colander over water. Bring
water
to
boil with lid on.
Turn off heat and let\tsit 15\tminutes
before
serving.
Season
with
butter, cheese, Mrs. Dash or wine vinegar.
