Batter Fried Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 boneless chicken breasts
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. water
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. Crisco
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add salt, pepper, water and 3 tablespoons flour. Mix well until smooth.
    Melt butter with Crisco in frying pan. Coat chicken in 1/2 cup flour, then in egg batter.
    Slowly fry in melted butter and Crisco until golden brown, usually about 1/2 hour.
