Chinese Cashew Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 chicken breasts, cut in pieces
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
16 oz. can Chinese vegetables
3/4 c. cashews
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. water
Preparation

Combine liquid from vegetables, water and cornstarch.
Add chicken and pour into skillet.
Cook 2 minutes on medium.
Add vegetables.
Cook 10 minutes.
Add cashews and soy sauce.
Serve over rice.
