French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 well beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 stick melted oleo
    pinch of salt
    1 c. Angel Flake coconut
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Blend first 4 ingredients together well. Add coconut and juice.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. Freezes well.
