Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 green peppers
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. white rice
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
    1 can water
Preparation
    Remove seeds from peppers and wash peppers.
    Combine rice, salt, ground beef, pepper, egg, milk and onion in a large bowl. Stuff peppers lightly and place in a pan.
    Add tomato soup and water.
    Cover pan; cook and simmer for 15 to 18 minutes, or until rice is tender.
    Place in baking dish (10 x 6 x 2-inch).
    Bake, covered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Serves 6.
