Starter For Sourdough Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. instant flaky potatoes
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. warm water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
Preparation
    Mix together well and let set out all day or night.
    Put in refrigerator in container with loose cover.
    In 3 to 5 days, remove from refrigerator and feed with 3 tablespoons instant potatoes, 1 cup warm water and 3/4 cup sugar.
    Let set out all day.
    Use 1 1/2 cups starter to make bread.
    Put remaining starter back in refrigerator.
    Feed every 3 to 5 days.
    Share 1 1/2 cups starter with a friend when supply is enough.
