Cranberry Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. chopped cranberries
    1 graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, sugar, orange peel, eggs and vanilla with mixer on medium speed until well blended.
    Stir in 1/2 cup of the cranberries.
    Pour into crust.
    Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup of cranberries.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
    Cool.
    Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
    Makes 8 servings.
