Egg Nog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, separated
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. cold milk
    1 c. cold light cream
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks and 1/4 cup sugar until thick and cream colored.
    Gradually add milk, cream, vanilla, salt and 1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg.
    Beat again until frothy.
