Barbecued Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork tenderloin
    1 1/2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. rice wine or sherry or vermouth
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    1 tsp. catsup
Preparation
    Mix marinade ingredients and marinate pork at least 1 hour. Line baking pan with aluminum foil.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
