Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. diced potatoes
    2 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 Tbsp. butter
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in salted water 15 to 20 minutes.
    Drain.
    Put potatoes in 9 x 13-inch buttered baking dish.
    For cheese sauce, mix together on low speed of mixer milk, flour, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
    Add butter and Cheddar cheese.
    Cook cheese sauce on High in microwave for 5 minutes.
    Remove and mix with mixer.
    Remove and mix again.
    If not thick enough, return to microwave to cook longer.
    When cheese sauce starts to thicken, pour over potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
