Onion Roasted Spuds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    2 lb. potatoes cut in large chunks
    1/3 c. olive oil
Preparation
    In a shallow baking pan, grease all potato chunks with olive oil.
    Shake spuds and onion soup mix in a bag.
    Arrange in pan. Bake 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Stir once after 20 minutes.
