Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
    1/2 c. lime juice
    3 eggs, separated
    1 baked 9-inch pie crust, cooled
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    6 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine milk and lime juice in a bowl. Blend in beaten yolks and turn out into crust. Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
    Beat in sugar, one tablespoon at a time, beating until stiff peaks form.
    Spoon over pie shell, sealing edges.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
