Boston Cream Fantasy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) box graham crackers (honey or cinnamon and sugar)
    4 c. milk or half and half
    2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding (3.4 oz.)
    1 small container Cool Whip (4.5 oz.)
Preparation
    Line a 13 x 9-inch pan with single layer of graham crackers. Prepare one box of pudding according to directions, using 2 cups of milk.
    Immediately pour on top of graham crackers.
    Repeat with graham crackers and second pudding, placing on top of first layer. Top with third layer of graham crackers.
    Spread evenly with the chocolate Cool Whip.
    Garnish with shaved chocolate and/or extra plain Cool Whip.
    Chill 3 hours or overnight.
    Serves 12.
