Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. Jack cheese, grated
1 can whole Ortega chilies
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. flour
1 large can milk
Preparation

Split chilies and remove seeds; put in bottom of baking dish, 9 x 13-inch.
Sprinkle on grated cheese.
Beat eggs; add salt, flour and milk.
Pour over other ingredients and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
