Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white sugar
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    2 c. grated carrots
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Cream
    sugar,
    oil
    and
    eggs
    together.
    Add
    vanilla, baking powder,
    baking
    soda,
    salt, cinnamon and nutmeg; beat into creamed
    mixture.
    Add grated carrots and crushed pineapple (drained);\tbeat into other mixture.
    Add flour; mix in by hand, then add chopped walnuts.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour a
    9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
    Bake for about 40 minutes, or until
    done.
    Can
    make a layer cake.
    Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
