Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated and well drained zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 level tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Beat eggs; stir in oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla.
    Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Stir into egg mixture until well blended.
    Add nuts and raisins; mix again. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool
    in pans on wire racks for 10 minutes.
    Cool completely before freezing.
