Sweet 'N Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve 2 Tbsp. juice)
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 tsp. pepper

Preparation
    Mix all except pineapple.
    Add 2 tablespoons juice to mixture. Heat until thickened and bubbly.
    Pour over a cut up chicken. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes basting often.
    Turn chicken, place pineapple on top and baste with juice.
    Bake 30 minutes longer basting often.
